The Sunbeam Imperial 140-Thread-Count Polyester Cotton Blend Comfort Heated Mattress Pad features a heated mattress pad in a white color with a uniform and consistent heating capability. The dual SimpliTouch dial controls the temperature of the pad with independent controls. The Sunbeam also has ten temperature settings as well as a ten-hour automatic shut off and auto-dimmer.

The Sunbeam ThremoFine Warming System will mechanically and without delay respond to changes in body, mattress or room temperature. Construction comprises of a 50/50 cotton and poly fiber blend and 140-thread-count. A polyester skirting the right way and securely fits mattresses up to 18″ in depth. Care allows for machine washings.

If you turn the Sunbeam on a few minutes before you go to bedtime, you’ll be competent to get into a warm and toasty bed. (Turn it on prior to brushing your teeth, and the entire bed is warm before you get into it.) Some owners even use their heated mattress pad rather of using their home’s heater at night, which may save a substantial amount of money. Owners also quintessentially say that a heated pad is superior to an electric blanket since the warmness generated by the product have a tendancy to rise up, resulting in a warm and comfortable sleeping surroundings overall. The Sunbeam makes no noise and the temperature settings offer a wide potpourri that will more than likely suit just when it comes to everyone.

The main complaint by owners is that there is a little box at the foot of the mattress pad and located inside is an energy or heat distributor to the rest of the pad. Owners may feel this box more or less with their feet or legs and would prefer that this not be the case. But, nevertheless, this is not a deal breaker for most owners.

By Traci Nickola
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R316N7QPW1F4F2 Bought this blanket after realizing we didn’t have sufficient heat in our newly renovated basement. Couldn’t stand the thought of installing more heat and increasing our bill so we purchased this blanket. Love it!

5This blanket does what it’s supposed to do… It keeps you warm and toasty! My “2 Cents” says it’s well worth the purchase.
By Nikos
I just purchased two of these blankets to prepare for the winter here on the east coast, and I ought to say that it does it is occupation very well. I use this blanket underneath my sheets to preheat my bed before I go to sleep and it keeps me warm allround the night. When I wake up in the morning I’m all warm and toasty, rather of freezing. The only drawback is that the material does tend to shed a bit. However, if you just keep the blanket beneath your sheets like I do, you don’t have to worry regarding it. The blanket material is very soft and my controller came with 10 heat settings and dimmer to see in the dark. You may feel numerous of the wires in the blanket, but that’s ordinary with all types of electric blankets. Where do you think the heat comes from!? lol The heating system in this blanket reacts to where you are touching the blanket and where you are cold, so I found this very convenient. I guess this is supposed to be the “smart technology” Sunbeam keeps touting on their blankets.
