4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. The queen size is what I’d consider normal height, with the twin being noticeably lower (about 33%). In addition, opening the pillow case reveals that the queen has more/smaller holes, whereas the twin has fewer/larger holes. I’m not sure why this is, but combined with the difference in height, they feel quite different. If you like a firmer/lower pillow, the twin may be for you. I don’t mind having the twins, for varieties sake/living room use, but the queens are what I sleep on.
I don’t know if one is better than the other, but my preference leads me to give the queen size a solid 5 stars, and the twin 3 stars.
