It’s easy to come to this conclusion, but a little more difficult to make a final decision on the type of shower caddy you want in your shower. That said, lets take a look at numerous the dissimilar styles and designs that are out there so you may get started to get a better idea of what you want in your own shower.
Suction Shower Caddies- The brushed nickel suction caddy is very mutual and one of the more established ones that persons ordinarily think of at first. There’s two main styles for these, but the necessary is the same for both. The original one is a caddy that hangs from your brushed nickel shower arm and uses that as it’s crucial support, then there would be a single suction cup near the bottom that merely presses up versus the wall of your shower to secure the caddy into place so it doesn’t wiggle around or fall from the shower head. The second type of suction caddy is a little more sturdy and durable; this is the power lock caddy. The power lock model has four or more suction cups which concede it to be securely bonded to any wall in your shower as long as the walls are comparatively smooth. These brushed nickel units normally cost a few bucks more than the aforementioned, but they’re worth it in my opinion.
Tension Pole Shower Caddy- Brushed nickel tension pole caddies are getting more popular these days. This one is preferent by persons with newly renovated showers because of their imagination look. The idea behind these is simple, yet intuitive. Essentially, the caddy is a frequent length pole with multiple baskets attached to it; you place the pole in the corner of your shower and use the ratcheting mechanism tighten the pole into place, so both ends are lodged amongst your ceiling and floor, hence the name “tension pole”.
Similar to the brushed nickel shower basket, you may likewise get shower caddies that plainly rest on the floor of your shower without any sort of wall attachment form. These are less mutual because they’re normally a little more bulky and take up more space than the intermediate person’s shower may afford to lose.
Regardless of the style shower caddy you choose, you may always find the finish you want whether it’s chrome, brushed nickel, oil rubbed bronze, or just plain old plastic. My only word of counsel would be to take a look around the internet before buying in the stores because you may many times find much better deals online than you may in the stores.

Nice, but go for stainless steel By T Red Nice caddy, but didn’t last 6 months until rust set in. I just ordered a stainless steel caddy to replace this one. Basically wasted my $$ on this one. I will have to have known better. Though the stainless steel caddy is closely twice as much, I’m hoping it will last at least a few years. If you are like me and don’t like buying things that don’t last, I would commend spending the extra $$ up front to get the stainless.

Beware! Not chrome By Fred J. Waltman The “chrome” version is not in fact chrome, it is just painted with a metal colored paint. Don’t know how that will effect the longevity.
Otherwise, it seems fine. Go for the for less white one if you do determine to buy this, as they are both just painted metal.

Tension Pole Caddy – Love it! By Tink I researched tension pole caddies for rather a while before finding this one. It has various posts for hanging things like a shower puff and back washers as well as having holes for hanging razers. My bestloved portion is the draining soap dish. The tape for securing the pole does not stick, but I don’t see the need for it any way.
