 The perfective lovey

When my second daughter started adopting a cloth diaper as a lovey, I quickly realized I necessitated to swap it out for something more presentable before it was irreplaceable. This lovey by Aden and Anais was the perfective answer — my daughter loves it! Soft and cuddly, it’s a outstanding fabric to pet, cuddle, and suck on. Even better, it’s altogether breathable, which is outstanding for us since my daughter oftentimes falls asleep with it all over her face. No need to worry with this fabric — it’s perfectly fine to breathe through. The satin edges are very likeable to babies, too, so she often times likes to play with it even when she’s not heading off to sleep. It washes up well and gets softer each time, just like the A+A blankets. One drawback is that the muslin snags easily, which occasionally happens when the lovey comes into contact with the velcro tabs on my daughter’s cloth diapers. I figure 2 packs (so 4 total loveys) will work well for us — one for the car, one for the bed, one for the diaper bag, and one spare (or in the wash).

Great “Lovey!”

We swaddled my daughter in A+A muslin blankets. Once she was passed the swaddling age, she started cuddling her muslin blanket. They’re a little big to let her cuddle by way of the night so these are PERFECT! So glad we found them. My older daughter tries to steal it to wrap her babies in.

Best security blanket – crib safe

I purchased these on accident thinking they were the swaddle blankets. Best fault I’ve made in a long time. I feel safe leaving them in the crib and if my daughter drapes it throughout her face I don’t have to worry. They are cute, lightweight and not too highpriced if you have too buy a bunch (to be sure you always have a lovey on hand.)
