Color is very deceptive – there is not a pink available -

I purchased this item in Pink and received purple. After contacting the marketer (Octorose)- they were exceedingly uncooperative and after voicing my concerns, they quickly sent a reply email with images attached that show both of the purple comforters (1 lavender and 1 darker purple) as if they have received the same complaint before. I incurred too numerous costs with this terrible transaction. I remunerated 35.99 to ship to me, 33.60 to send back and then they charged me a 20% restocking fee = 22.00. So in the end – I do not have the comforter and I expended with regards to $90.00
I highly commend that every one think twice before purchasing anything from Octorose – they are POOR business persons who struggle to speak or perceive english.
